Marvellously Helped by God | 07 September 2026


Scripture:

II Chronicles 26:15 NKJV

And he made devices in Jerusalem, invented by skillful men, to be on the towers and the corners, to shoot arrows and large stones. So his fame spread far and wide, for he was marvelously helped till he became strong.

In today’s Scripture, we are told how God marvellously helped King Uzziah. God gave him wisdom, strength, and the resources he needed to succeed. As Uzziah trusted God, he was able to accomplish great things, and his name became known far and wide.

You may be facing some challenges today. Perhaps you are looking at a situation and wondering how you will overcome it or where the help you need will come from.

Be encouraged: God is able to marvellously help you!

The God who helped Uzziah is still the same God today. He can give you wisdom when you don't know what to do, strength when you feel weak, courage when you feel afraid, and favour when you need doors to open.

Do not allow your challenges to make you lose hope. God knows exactly what you need, and He is able to provide the help you need at the right time.

Today, remember these words:

“I am marvellously helped by God. I will not fear my challenges because God is with me. He will give me the wisdom, strength, and grace I need to succeed.”

Prayer

Heavenly Father,

I thank You because You are my ever-present help. Thank You for the way You helped King Uzziah and gave him wisdom, strength, and everything he needed to accomplish his purpose.

Lord, I ask that You marvellously help me today.

Help me not to depend on my own strength but to trust You completely. Give me grace to remain humble and grateful for every blessing You bring into my life.

Scripture: Genesis 28:12 NIV He had a dream in which he saw a stairway resting on the earth, with its top reaching to heaven, and the angels of God were ascending and descending on it.
